Salary, Benefits and Compensation Surveys

Regular cross-industry and industry-specific surveys of salaries, benefits and compensations

We conduct two types of salary, benefit and compensation surveys: regular cross-industry surveys and industry-specific surveys.

Regular Cross-Industry Surveys

These are carried out twice a year (in spring and in fall) across all industries of the business across 10 Russian towns.

Any company may participate in such survey. The results of a cross-industry survey are open to the public and are offered for sale to those interested in this information.

The survey participants are allowed a discount for purchasing these results, while a flat price is established for other buyers.

Industry-Specific Surveys

These are carried out across a specific industry/sector of the business.
Such survey enables you to obtain accurate information, both for highly specialized and for generic positions that are specific for the industry.

The cost of such survey is calculated on an individual basis for each project. Depending upon the project terms and conditions, its results can be either open to the public (openly offered for sale) or restricted ("membership survey").
