The service includes:
- expert examination of individual human resources documents (employment agreements, orders, instructions, job descriptions, local regulations, and others);
- development of human resources documentation (employment agreements, orders, instructions, job descriptions, regulations on personal data, internal codes of conduct, and others).
Management of labor disputes in court
You cannot resolve a dispute with an employee on your own, the employee intends to take legal action or actually takes legal action.
The service includes:
- participation in prevention and resolution of labor disputes (including negotiations with employees);
- representing the Client during inspections performed by agencies of the State Labor Inspection Service, prosecutor's office, including preparation of relevant explanations and other documents, as requested by governmental agencies;
- appeal of actions, omissions, resolutions, warrants, protocols and decrees (penalties) of state labor inspection services, prosecutor's offices, Court Bailiffs Service, including appeal in a judicial procedure;
- representing the Client in judicial authorities;
- representing the Client in enforcement proceedings.
Prior to the services, we obtain relevant information, analyze facts, and set practicable goals. After that, we provide you with an opinion on the possibility of successful solution of the case (chances of win the action, prospects of appeal of decisions, actions/omissions of governmental authorities, and possible outcome of the conflict). Based on the opinion, you will be able to decide whether or not you would like to continue your cooperation with our company.
