On September 15, the Staff magazine held the conference "Personnel Assessment. Best practices"
HR directors and personnel assessment and development managers from the leading companies of Russia and CIS attended the event as delegates and speakers.

The major topics to be discussed included assessment of top managers, assessment of personnel reserve, regular (annual) assessment etc.
