In responding to market needs ANCOR has launched the Salary Survey business area.

The 1998 crisis triggered demand for outplacement services (management of employment assistance for released employees) on the part of major multinational corporations.

ANCOR created a Career Development Center staffed with professional psychologists. The company has launched the Personnel Assessment business area.

Regional surveys of salaries, benefits and compensations have been launched.

ANCOR Survey Services has been created. An initial All-Russian Survey of Salaries, Compensations and Benefits has been conducted.

The Personnel Assessment area has expanded its team. The next development stage of Outplacement services.
The All-Russian Survey of Salaries, Compensations and Benefits is now a regularly held project.
Methodologies for social-economic surveys have been created, and the first major projects implemented.

ANCOR Survey Services has launched its new business areas: "Personnel Development and Training", " “Compensation and benefits consulting" and "Employment Law Consulting".

The CASE brand has begun its operations. CASE and ANCOR Holding Company have announced their strategic alliance.
